HBF Dental in Mandurah is brilliant! I get extremely anxious when visiting the dentist but Dr Rachel is kind and always explains things beforehand. All the staff are friendly & professional, and the clinic is always clean and has a calming sense to it. I highly recommend this practice to anyone and everyone!

Dr Rachel was very friendly. I had genera check up, cleaning and 3 fillings done at 31/32 week pregnancy. All with minimum discomfort.I was also non HBF member, but it was of no issue with other health fund and non HBF member to see them.Thank you!

The not for profit service does not seem to apply here, wife had tooth repair done twice to same tooth in the space of six weeks, bad experience, recommend get comparison quotes etc.

Do not appreciate my appointment been rescheduled after waiting six months due to no available dentistReceptionist could learn to answer the phone with a bit more empathy when speaker to older generations

The worst dental service I received in my life!! I have my teeth & gum check every half year. And scale & clean every few months. I with my previous dental provider for over 8 years but I need to find a new one in Mandurah because I moved home. I found this new HBF dental clinic in Mandurah Forum. I booked an appointment last week for check up & cleaning. I back home and have a look at the mirror. I was shocked! The back of the lower teeth is full of stains!! He did a bad job. Basically, he didn't clean it at all!! Now, I need to find a new dental clinic! Not only that, I mentioned to the receptionist before the treatment about the free annual check up & clean. I am a HBF member. She said yes, no problem, of course, I will have the free check up & cleaning. Anyway, I noticed on my receipt there is a gap payment charged and paid from my Gap Saver. I called her and she said don't worry, it just how it shows on the receipt. They didn't charge me anything. I checked with HBF. The answer is Yes
